This system capitalizes on the iCMA (iPhone Cupper Master Assistant) and RMA (Roast Master Assistant) products together with the ability to record and trace information on the farm,
mill, grade, certification, sample roasting, production roasting, cupping, green inventory and roasted inventory of any coffee at your finger tips.
Roasting batches can be remotely scheduled, assigned and monitored to roasters located at any physical location around the world.

RMA:
Roast Master Assistant

Description:
The RMA is a software system allowing the Roast Master to profile roast batches.
These profiles can be retrieved to process new roast batches providing consistency and quality.

Displays the entire roast process showing bean temperature at one second intervals
• Saves the best roast “profiles” for future comparison
• Provides side-by-side comparison between active roast and previously saved roast batches (charts)

How does the RMA work?
The thermocouple receives the bean temperature reading from the roaster drum which is passed to the thermocouple reader module (TRM) and then passed to the RMA
where the temperature is recorded for future use.
The TRM also reads switch events to start or stop profilling and recording of roasting key events like first and second pops (craks) etc.
